The Step Lid Box is defined by its distinctive raised lid panel, a subtle yet confident gesture that draws on Art Deco influences.
Carefully proportioned and executed with precision joinery, the box sits comfortably between object and artwork—designed not just to hold, but to be held, examined, and appreciated. This box is made from Tasmanian Blackwood, with a featured lid panel of Blackheart Sassafras.
Black decorative corner spline details both reinforce the joinery and add a crisp, contemporary accent, highlighting the precision of the construction.
Fitted with high-quality brass stop hinges and lined with black felt to protect your treasured items.
A removable tray reveals a series of compartments alongside dedicated ring rolls, offering an organised and protective setting for your jewellery. Beneath, additional space provides flexibility for larger pieces, maintaining a clean and purposeful interior.

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition (without scratches and fingerprints) to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email mail@antongerner.com.au to request a refund.

Restocking Fee:All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Exchanges:If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping. Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item please contact us by immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
